Heather Parlee

From September, 2013 to April 2014, during my senior year of college, I developed and presented a body of original work which was then displayed in Clark University's annual Senior Thesis Exhibition.

My Thesis consisted of a series of ten oil paintings that explored the sensitive and complex subjects of pleasure, sexuality, and control and the erotic parallels and relationships they share with the act of oil painting itself.  It was a very spiritual and transformative experience and overall extremely rewarding.
